He is survived by: his wife Sandy Dikkers; his children, William (Bethany Shuman) of Shannon, Anthony Murphy of Shannon, Steven Murphy of Shannon and Katherine Gauthier (Landon) of Lexington, KY.; his brothers, Mark Murphy (Candy) of Rockford, Aaron of Freeport, Butch of Freeport and Joseph Murphy of Freeport; and his mother-in-law Ruth Dikkers of Shannon.
