He is survived by: his wife Joan Wescott of Shannon, IL; his children, Seth Hutchinson (Leann) of Oceano, CA, Nathan Elbert (Heather) of Machesney Park, IL and Sarah Fletcher (Eric) of Sandwich, IL; his sisters, Sally Anderson (Timothy) of Adel, IA and Sue Rodine of Urbandale, IA; his brothers-in-law, Cal Wescott (Kathy) of Freeport, IL and Curt Wescott (Tish) of Roscoe, IL; his grandchildren, Benjamin Ficklin Elbert V, Lily Elbert, Colton Elbert, Elena Elbert, Hannah Elbert, Roscoe Fletcher and Roxanne Fletcher; and his stepgrandchildren, Regan and Rowley Fletcher.
