It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian Lucille Mattson of Shabbona, Illinois, born in Aurora, Illinois, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Mitcheltree and Clara Mitcheltree (Eissler); her husband Robert Mattson; her siblings, Albert Mitcheltree, Lloyd Mitcheltree, Roy Mitcheltree and Carol Czmowski; and her children, Linda Jarchow and Donald Mattson.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Mattson (Susan) of McKinney, TX and Scott Mattson of Tulsa, OK; and her grandchildren, Patrick Jarchow (Elizabeth), Stephanie Gianetto (Mark), Timothy Jarchow (Rita), Janelle Mattson (Christopher Altis), Kenneth Mattson, Robert Mattson, Kevin Mattson (Sarah), Kelly Case (Graham) and Sarah Mattson. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made to Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Sandwich, IL.
