He was predeceased by: his parents, Arly Culver and Beatrice Culver (Stein); and his stepdaughter Jean Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sullivan; his stepdaughter Janice Nowakowski; his stepgrandsons, James Nowakowski, Ronald Nowakowski and Bret Nowakowski; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sara Rose Nowakowski, Brandon Nowakowski and Dillan Nowakowski; his great great grandchild Xander Nowakowski; his granddaughter Lisa Huddleston; and his great grandchild Malissa Huddleston.
