We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2024, at the age of 67, Rodney L. Reynolds of Sesser, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Rodney may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rodney touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Reynolds and Shirley Reynolds (Courtwright); and his brother David Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Janice Reynolds (Carlo); and his children, Nicole Barton of Springfield, Jeffrey Reynolds of Springfield, Baylee Reynolds of Creal Springs, Christina Rushing (Jason) of Carbondale and Kelli Baker (Scott) of Carbondale. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
