We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2024, at the age of 81, Owen Dell Kroese (Sesser, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kroese and Jenny Kroese (Fisher); and his siblings, Ruth, Ruby, Jeanette, Henry, John, Dean, Glen and Garrett.

He is survived by: his sons, David Kroese (Kareen Simpson) of Loves Park, IL and John Kroese (Joni) of Sesser.

The inspiration to pursue engineering came entirely from Owen and his contributions to others.
