She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Sample and Irene Sample (Kirkpatrick); her husband Billy Earnheart; her siblings, Roy Sample, Bill Sample and Martha Hargis; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Hill, Marie Sample, Danny Hargis, Farrell Hill and Karl Price.

She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Earnheart (Teresa) of Dacula, GA and Christa Rexing of Mt Vernon, IL; her grandchildren, Ryan Earnheart (Abbie), Matthew Earnheart, Rebecca Rexing, Rachel Rexing, Ronnie Rexing (Brianna) and Ross Rexing; her great grandchildren, Lyla Earnheart, Elijah Earnheart and Logan Earnheart; her brothers, Larry Sample (Mona) of Sesser and Danny Sample (Sharon) of Sesser; and her sisters-in-law, Joan Sample of Elgin and Barbara Price of Mt Venron. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to SSM Hospice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
