She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel McBride and Ethel McBride (Walker); her husband Alfonso Acosta; her siblings, Mary Louise Ragland, Mona Lou Guziejka and Austin A. McBride; her son Donald Biard "Fonz" Acosta; and her grandson Matthew Acosta.
She is survived by: her children, Alfonso Acosta Jr., Kevin Acosta, Dale Acosta and Susan Payne (Harlan); her grandchildren, Anthony Acosta, Jared Acosta, Cash Acosta, Dalton Acosta, Sarah Acosta, Dillon, Tara Payne and Justin Payne; and her great grandchild Gavin Michael Johnson.
