He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Lewis and Verna Lewis (Graham); his wife Vivian Wilson of Bonnie; his son Kendall Lewis; and his siblings, Eileen Veach, Mable Cockrum, Everett, Farrel and Leslie.
He is survived by: his sons, Roger (Frances) of Ozark, Missouri, Steve (Tricia) of Pinckneyville, Illinois, Terry (Cheryl) of Sesser and David (Debi) of DuQuoin, Illinois.; and his grandchildren, Angela Hester, Becky Halloran, Crystal Jones, Jennifer Norris, Brian Lewis, Laura Alte, Kelly Marden, Alison Wiswasser, Kristi Dinges, Kenneth Lewis (Kent), Nathan Dinges, Tarah Davis and Adam Lewis. He is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren.
