He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bloom and Helen Frances Bloom (Plouck); his son Michael Eugene Bloom; and his siblings, Isaac Bloom, Delmar William Bloom and Mary Rose Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Tucker; his daughters, Peggy Puckett (Kenneth), Patty Galloway (Mike) and Carolyn Knight (Dean); and his sisters, Hazel Jones, Helen Ann Bennett and Joan Marie Galloway. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pate Funeral Home (301 S Main St, Benton, IL 62812). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
