He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hughes and Dorothy Hughes (Barrass); and his wife Tina Hughes (Hampton). He is survived by: his children, William David Hughes of Maryland, John Michael Hughes of Maryland, Susan Lynn Hughes of Maryland, Gina Hiller (Bryan) of Christopher, Donna Limones (Javier) of Robstown, YX and Zachary Baker of Harrisburg. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
