It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gordon N Nowland of Sesser, Illinois, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Nowland and Dell Nowland (Frick); his wife Louise Nowland (Ward); and his siblings, Frank Nowland and Helen Trader.

He is survived by: his brother Meredith Nowland (Marilyn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Gordon's honor to the American Heart Association or the Waltonville VFW Post #9153.
