We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2020, at the age of 95, George O. Slankard (Sesser, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George T. Slankard and Helen Slankard (O'Neil); and his wife Mary Slankard (Hartman). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews along with friends.

Memorial contributions, in memory of George, may be made to the Rend Lake College Foundation for the RLC Learning Resource Center Project.
