She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Cummings (Kevin) of Mt Vernon; her daughter-in-law Tricia Smothers of Marion; her grandchildren, Heath Tepovich (Kristin), Mallory Upegui (Anthony), Kolton Cummings and Peyton Wall; and her great grandchildren, Keegan Upegui, Kamryn Upegui, Hutson Tepovich and Danica Tepovich.
