She was predeceased by: her father James Mandrell; her husband William Hefner; and her sister Jo Ellen Mandrell. She is survived by: her mother Lida L. Mandrell (Shaw) of Sesser; and her siblings, Angel Todd of Sesser, James Mandrell of Mt Vernon and Steven Mandrell of Mt Vernon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
