He was predeceased by: his parents, James Anderson, and Anna Anderson, Sr. (Jurkanin); his siblings, James Anderson, Jr., Richard Anderson, Mary Ann Bishop, Marguerite Jordan and Lucille Schaefer; his siblings-in-law, JoAnne Anderson, Robert Jordan, Joseph Schaefer and Robert Bishop; and his nephew Joseph Anderson. He is also survived by nephews, eleven great-nieces and nephews, and seven great-great-nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to Lightways Hospice in Joliet.
