Ratcliff of Seneca, Illinois, born in Morris, Illinois, who passed away on June 15, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Ratcliff and Dorothy Ratcliff (Peacock). He is survived by: his former wife Janet Hoxsey of Serena; his wife Dixie Gumm of Seneca; his children, Brenda Sheedy of Coal City, Rhonda Yetton (Scott) of Noblesville, IN, Brian Ratcliff of Easton, KS, Dawn Gauntt (Kevin), Margie Shannon of Streator, Jill Conrad (Roger) of Streator and Roger Cade of Granville; and his sister Pat Fosen (Denny) of Seneca. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
