She was predeceased by: her parents, James Phillips and Catherine Phillips (Anselmo); and her siblings, Jimmy, Melvin, Wally, Robert, George Phillips, Doris Knapp, Thelma Holbrook and Peggy Peterson.
She is survived by: her husband Francis "Rudy" Maierhofer; her children, Robert Maierhofer (Sally), Pat Knapp (Don), Rick Maierhofer (Julie) and Paul Maierhofer (Cindy); her grandchildren, Matt Maierhofer (Amberley), Molly Kaminski (Nick), Michael Maierhofer (Liz), Jacob Knapp (Tammy), Chad Knapp (Kirsten), Mari Seggebruch (Brandon), Jena Sheedy (Michael), Jill Caputo (Chad), Janelle Chamberlain (Andrew), Megan Maierhofer and Mackenzie Maierhofer; and her sister-in-law Betty Phillips. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
