She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Clark and Annie Clark (Hart); and her daughter Teresa Crouse. She is survived by: her husband Maynard W. Crouse of Newton, IL; her children, Peggy Chase (Ed) of McHenry, Janet Thompson (Ken) of Marseilles, David Crouse of Morris and Danny Crouse (Jenifer) of Moline; and her grandchildren, Debbie Frankiewicz (Joe), Susie Emery (Matt), Erik (Janet), Lisa, Adam Thompson (Breanna), Samantha Joerger (Kyle), Jennifer Baxter (Mike), Jake Crouse (Whitney), Mitch (Han), Matt Kramer (Olivia) and Donald Heimer (Angel). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; two sisters; and three brothers.
