It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley McAllester of Seneca, Illinois, born in Marseilles, Illinois, who passed away on January 8, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Anderson and Isabelle Anderson (Gunderson); her husband Charles McAllester; her siblings, Joseph, Carl, Edward, Stanley, Iver Anderson, Allie Vicich, Cora Krebs, Irene Cowell, Evelyn Duvick and Dorothy Swanson; and her grandsons, Craig, Charles, Keith Marzano and Stephen Lowe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Wols and Mary Lowe (Gerald); her grandchildren, Kimberly Brake, Wende Wise (Glenn), Angela Vonderohe (Todd), Sarah Borchelt (Brian) and Karie Marques (Matt); her great grandchildren, Ryan (Jill), Kelsey and Kate Vonderohe; and her great great grandchild Delilah Vonderohe.
