He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Finis Sr. and Gusta Mae Bailey (Pendleton); his son Chad Bailey; and his sisters, Marjorie Callahan, Clarice Peck and Ireda Roeder.
He is survived by: his wife Pat of Wedron; and his children, Kevin Bailey of Serena, Derek Bailey (Carla) of Seneca and Stacey Bailey of Seneca. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
