He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Cosmutto and Pearl Cosmutto (Emmanuelson); his wife Carol Eiben of Marseilles; and his siblings, Nick Cosmutto and Donna Pereth.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Cosmutto (Marge) of Winneconne, WI and Linda Hacker (Joe) of Seneca; his grandchildren, Shane, Tyler, Theresa Cosmutto, Grant, Paige and Faith Hacker; and his brothers, Mike Cosmutto of Marseilles and Tom Cosmutto of Dayton.
