He is survived by: his children, Peggy Chase (Ed) of McHenry, David Crouse of Morris and Danny Crouse (Jenifer) of Moline; his grandchildren, Debbie Frankiewicz (Joe), Susie Emery (Matt), Erik (Janet), Lisa, Adam Thompson, Samantha Joerger (Kyle), Jennifer Baxter (Mike), Jake Crouse (Whitney), Mitch (Megan), Matt Kramer (Olivia) and Donald Heimer (Angel); and his siblings, Joann Cook Galloway, Patti Williams and Ray Crouse (Sherry). He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
