He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Mikulicic and Pauline Mikulicic (Jancik-Yanchick); and his brothers, Gerald, Jerome and Matthew.
He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Nickerson; his wife Pam; his children, Larry, William Mikulich (Carrie) and Christine Dent (Sammie); his stepsons, Jason (Karla) and Derek Reeve; his grandchildren, Katherine Gurrola (Sergio), Abigail Roman (Aaron Gutrerrez), Ray Deltoro, Jeremy Mikulich, Gwyneth Reeve and Baby Reeve; his siblings, Michael (Nancy), Richard Mikulich (Darlene) and Susan Housman (Jerry); and his sisters-in-law, Marcella Enos and Donalyn Mikulich.
Due to CDC guidelines, masks and social distancing will be mandatory.
