He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Michael, Sr. and Martha Catherine Kent (Koncal); his daughter Ginger Armstrong; his grandsons, Wesley Armstrong and Austin Kent; his great grandchild Lea Palmer; and his siblings, Gail Parrott and Bobby Kent.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Louise Kowalczyk of Morris; his children, Michael Kelly Kent of Seneca, Kandy of Seneca, Richard W. of Seneca and Steven Robert Kent (Ashley) of Seneca; his grandchildren, Brett, Ethan McPeak, Richard Smith, James, Shannon, Allison, Gareth and Easton Kent; and his sisters, Carol Kent Kirckof, Rita Kent Olson Ellington and Patricia Kent. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
