With solemn reverence, we commemorate Francis Raibley of Seneca, Illinois, whose life came to an end on February 17, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Raibley and Kitty Raibley. He is survived by: his siblings, John "Pat" Raibley and Joan Scanlon; his nieces and nephews, Kay Williams of Washington State, Ann Smith of Washington State, Mike of Alaska and Bob Scanlon of Alaska; and his stepchildren, Terry Knapp, Bob Lynes and Dick Lynes.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church of Seneca (176 W Union St, Seneca, IL 61350). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to St. Patrick's Church Building Fund or a charity of the donor's choosing.
