It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Noel (Seneca, Illinois), born in Ottawa, Illinois, who passed away on November 25, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Raymond; and her spouse Joel Noel. She is survived by: her children, Bettina "Tina" Rundle of Ottawa and Edward Noel (Marlene) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Brent Blue, Brenda Sharp (Tom) of Ottawa and Josh Noel (Meghan) of Muncie, IN; her great grandchildren, Kirsty, Kyle, Kelsi, Isabel, Clinton, Austin and David; her great great grandchildren, Madalyn, Mila and Morgan Huffman; and her sisters, Alice Larson, Donna Gilchrist (Dick) and Joanne Helland (Jerry).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to First United Methodist Church or to her family.
