We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2019, at the age of 68, Howard W. Gerdes (Secor, Illinois), born in Streator, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Wayne and Julia Marcella Gerdes (Jones); and his sister Janet Gerdes. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gerdes of Secor; his nephew Chad Gerdes of Oglesby; and his cousin Craig.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the family.
