He is survived by: his parents, Jacob Cernek and Samantha Cernek (Zehr) of Secor; his siblings, Elias, Micah, Ember and Hannah; his grandfathers, Alan Zehr (Joan) of Graymont, IL and Dean Cernek (Kristine) of Peyton, CO; his great-grandparents, Warren Joseph Zehr (Norma) of Normal, IL, Melvin Rocke (Glenna) of Lexington, IL, Dean Cernek (Jane) of Gratiot, WI and George Miller (Vee) of Mountain Home, AR; his aunts and uncles, Aaron Zehr (Megan) of Eureka, IL, Jenny Gilbert (Sean) of Peyton, CO and Jesse Wood (Todd) of Peyton, CO; and his cousins, Kaitlyn, Levi, Melanie, Thia and Timmy.
