He is survived by: his wife Ellen Pottinger; his children, Alexis Cwikla (Eric) of Hennepin, Jedidiah Engel (Courtney) of Princeton and Jared Engel of Seatonville; and his siblings, Judy Nelson (John) of Tempe, Arizona, Lois Dixon (Ed) of Johnston, Iowa, Dianna Wolfe (Joe) of Edwards, Mississippi and Don Engel (Patricia) of Normal. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
