He was predeceased by: his father Edward Kowalski. He is survived by: his mother Rosemary C. Kotula Kowalski of New Lenox; his significant other JoAnn Kowalski; his sister Jennifer F. Blake (Michael) of New Lenox; his nieces and nephews, Ronald J. Kowalski (Jenni) of Oak Forest, Jeffrey M. Kowalski (Jessica) of Mesa, AZ, Abigail K. Blake-Holland (Shadrach) of Tinley Park and Kaitlyn P. Blake of Bloomington, IL; his cousin Gregory Bartos of Tinley Park; and his pet Hope.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barto Funeral Home (120 W Cleveland St, Spring Valley, IL 61362). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Memorial Park Cemetery (13312 IL-89, Spring Valley, IL 61362).
