It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Tharp of Seaton, Illinois, born in Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on August 15, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Tharp and Eva Kenney Tharp; his son Tony Tharp; and his siblings, Dorothy Harader, Esther Gibbs, Mary Gilmour, Lyle Tharp, Marvin Tharp and Jim Tharp.
He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Dennison; his wife Becky Tharp; his daughter Tina Noe; his daughter-in-law Staci Tharp; his grandchildren, Chelsea Noe, Kaylee Moseley, Dayton Tharp, Becca Tharp, Tyler Noe and Addison Tharp; and his siblings, Marna Stewart (Gene), Doris Whitesell, Irvin Tharp (Kay) and Roger Tharp (Linda).
Per his wishes, graveside services are 1:00 p. m. on Saturday, August 22nd at Greenmound Cemetery in Keithsburg, family and friends welcome. *To keep everyone safe, the family wishes to observe all social distancing guidelines and limit contact while at the cemetery.*.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left for Seaton Park and Recreation or Seaton Fire Department.
