He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Jane Marie Hinman Waters; his son Timmy Lee Waters; and his sister Lilly Jane Burris. He is survived by: his children, James William Waters (Pamela Anders) of Jacksonville, Kenny Waters (Bonni) of Franklin, LaVonne Mau (Dan) of Springfield, Douglas Kirk Waters of Wood River and Tammy Waters of White Hall; and his siblings, Nancy Black of LaPorte, Texas and John "Bill" Waters of LaPier, MI.
