He is survived by: his son Brett Leetham; his stepchildren, Jenetta, David, Mindy, Bethany and Jamie Portwood; his grandchildren, Hunter, Cooper Leetham, Christopher, Kaizleigh, Laiken and Bentleigh DeArmond; and his brother Dennis Leetham of Coffeen.
