With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Demetra Diakopoulos (Schiller Park, Illinois), who passed away on January 20, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nick Diakopoulos; her great grandchild Nikolaos; and her brother Demetrios Tsantilas. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Scardino (late Paul) and Olga Kleopa (Kleo); her grandchildren, Irene Scardino Prittis (Nick), Nico Scardino, Chrysta Nikols (Taso), Denise Kleopa (David) and Nicole Kleopa; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Paul and Chrysovalantis; and her siblings, Kostantinos Tsantilas, Panagiotis Tsantilas, Nota Tsilika, Efstathia Rokos, Xristina Peraki and Fond. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
