He was predeceased by: his father Warner; and his brother Philip. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel John, James Warner and Brosnan Patrick; his mother Diane Boscaccy; his brothers, Ronald Boscaccy (Chrissy), Matthew Boscaccy and Jeremy Boscaccy; his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Jessica, Luke, Noah, Maxine and Adam; and also, Angela Spain (Daniel) and Bridget Wake (Brosnan). He is also survived by many other family members, friends, and coworkers.
