He was predeceased by: his wife Denise; and his sisters, Joyce Zambetta (late Nick), Loretta Ogalla (late Herbert) and Priscilla Schalkowski. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Cesario (Richard), Jennifer Nykaza (Jeffrey, Sr.) and Charles L. Schalkowski, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Ariana Rudzinski (Eric), Jeffrey Nykaza, Jr. (Chanel), Allison Cesario, Jonathan Cesario, Mikayla Nykaza and Nathan Nykaza.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, http://www.stjude.org, appreciated.
