With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose Marie Pestka of Scheller, Illinois, born in Sheridan, Arkansas, who passed away on October 20, 2021 at the age of 89. She is survived by: her children, Leo J. Pestka, Jr. of Scheller, Diana Majewski (Jim) of Scheller, Kevin Pestka (Lydia) of Scheller, Kathleen Rulevish (Ed) of Scheller, David Pestka (Cathy) of Tamaroa, Donald Pestka (Michelle) of Scheller and Christa Pestka (Kirk Wong) of Marion; her daughter-in-law Laura Pestka of Scheller; her brother Ralph Skorcz of Chester; and her sisters-in-law, Agnes Baughman of Arnold, MO, Jesse Pestka of Du Quoin, Jo Ann Skorcz of Tamaroa and Nancy Crites Pestka of Du Quoin. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
