He is survived by: his son Jeremy Ratajczyk; his grandchildren, Maressa and Adrian Ratajczyk; his great grandchild Avrie Ratajczyk; and his siblings, Ilene Knapp, Betty Decker and Lawrence Frost (Berniece).
