He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Kujawa and Sophie Kujawa (Szopinski); his parents-in-law, Stanley and Mathilda Wesolak; and his siblings, Bernice (Leo Kwiatkowski), Walter (Susan Kujawa), Albert Kujawa, Helen (Leo Witges), Lawrence Eugene Kujawa and Bernard Flerlage Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Wesolak; his children, Brenda Rohde (Charles) of Montgomery, AL and Craig Kujawa (Julie) of Mt. Vernon, IL; his grandchildren, Keatyn Schefelker (Nathan), Kelby Withrow (Brendan), Abby Wolfe (Jeremy), Quinton Kujawa (Paige Thomas), Ansley Rohde and Calan Kujawa; his great grandchildren, Carlin Schefelker, Kasen Schefelker and Maddux Kujawa; his siblings, Hattie Geppert (Stanley), Mary Ann Krus (John), Alex Kujawa (Marcia), Elsie Flerlage, Maxine Wright (Roy), Laverne Schumm (David), Charles Kujawa (Janet) and Frankie Kujawa (Cindy); and his siblings-in-law, Rose Ann Kujawa, Robert Wesolak (Clara) and Patty Davitz (Gene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends may make memorials to St. Charles Cemetery, St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, or American Heart Association and will be accepted at the funeral home and church.
