With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa M. De Carlo of Schaumburg, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 10, 2021 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Crimaldi and Jennie; her husband Joseph DeCarlo; and her siblings, Marge Donavon, Chuck Crimaldi and Madlyn Bendenelli.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Bertany, Rita Gerhardt (Kevin), Mary Lou Quagliata (Edward) and Daniel DeCarlo; her grandchildren, Amanda Bertany, Blake Bertany (Allison), Vanessa Bertany, Patrick Gerhardt (Sara), Joseph Gerhardt, Deanna Quagliata, Edward, Nicolette Quagliata, Daniel Quagliata, Danielle DeCarlo, Joey DeCarlo and Anthony DeCarlo; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Bertany, Hannah Bertany and Edward Quagliata Jr..
