She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Melberg and Bernice Melberg; and her brother Bruce Melberg. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Ziolkowski, Thomas Ziolkowski (Tracey), James Ziolkowski and Andrew Ziolkowski (Danielle); and her grandchildren, Lexie, Luke, Zoe and Truman.
