He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy; his children, Brian, Karen and Sharon Kapp; his grandson Tyler; and his siblings, Edna Grondin (Ralph), Wayne Kapp, Paul Kapp (Kathy), Dorothy Crandall and Frank Kapp (late Carol Ann). He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
