It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Charles Cummings of Schaumburg, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathew Cummings and Lena Cummings; and his sister Rosemary Michalski. He is survived by: his fiancée Susan Vazquez; his son Michael Cummings (Melissa); and his siblings, Frances Palella, Tom Chiovino and Carolyn Chiovino-Rudnick.
