With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loretta K. Gielarowski of Schaumburg, Illinois, born in Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on October 30, 2024 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Loretta K. Gielarowski to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse (Emma Creedon) and Loretta; her son Bob Gielarowski; her husband Eugene; and her sisters, Paulene Hasselstrom and Rosemary Bryant.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Matlak (Raymond), Marge Gielarowski, Mark Gielarowski (Melinda) and Carol Guthrie (Bob); and her grandchildren, David, Danny, Dawn, Juliet, Michael, Rachel, Carly, Jennifer, Dean and Samantha.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michaels Funeral Home & Cremation Care (800 S Roselle Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60193). A prayer was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Queen of the Rosary Catholic Church (680 W Elk Grove Blvd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007).
