She is survived by: her husband John Joseph Hayes; her children, Roberta Cook (Neil), Donna Marie Hayes and Shaun Hayes (Andrea); her granddaughter Anna; her siblings, Marsha Klaviter (Bill), Janet Anderson (Sheldon), Dianne Bieschke (late Jim) and Roger; and her nephew Timothy Webley. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
