We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2021, at the age of 79, Konstanty Jozef Dembowski of Schaumburg, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Halina; his children, Anna Toczycki (Robert) and Ewa Dembowski (Wieslaw Maciejewski); his grandchildren, Antoni, Lukasz, Katarzyna and Pawel; and his siblings, Barbara Prorok and Radoslaw Dembowski.

In lieu of flowers memorials to American Cancer Society in memory of Konstanty will be appreciated.
