She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anne D. Germ and William M Sherwood; her sons, John J (Michelle Garcia) and Frank J (Kim Kleinsorge); her grandchildren, Katelyn M (Kevin Molter), Lydia and Elio; her sister Annmarie Stansfield (Joseph); her nieces, Alison Stansfield and Amy Curtis (Kiel); her great-nephew Joseph Alec Curtis; and her brother-in-law Anthony Schillace.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services LTD. (330 W Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60195). A prayer will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Hubert Church (729 Grand Canyon St, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169).
