He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Musachio and Catherine Musachio (Filomeno). He is survived by: his wife Pat (Hourihan); his children, Brian Kinnare (Kelly), John Musachio (Laura), Timothy Musachio and Kathleen Musachio; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Miles Kinnare, Isabella, Siena and Luca Musachio.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (1005 E Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194).
