He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Lynn Permantier; his daughter Anne; and his sister Claudia Ariano (Don). He is survived by: his children, Sandi Harlin-Kimble, John Permantier (Kelly), Julie Maher (David) and Barbara Permantier; and his siblings, Mary Bragiel (Larry), Chris Cotteleer and Jane Tyranski (Fred).

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to St. Jude.
